2. Threat Intelligence Enablement

  • Own the enterprise standards for threat intelligence collection, enrichment, and dissemination so that intel drives compensating control recommendations for operators.

  • Define safe automation and CI/CD enablement patterns that embed security guardrails into build, test, deploy, and operate workflows.

4. Systemic Constraint Resolution

  • Resolve systemic platform and infrastructure constraints impacting delivery speed, reliability, security, capacity, stability, or recoverability across multiple teams.

5. Resilience, Incident, and Operational Readiness

6. Influence, Investment, and Escalation Governance

  • Influence roadmap and investment decisions with evidence-based trade-offs on capability, risk, resilience, cost, and scalability.
  • Determine when initiatives require escalation due to enterprise or regulatory impact and ensure consistent engagement with architecture and risk forums.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to align priorities and sequencing when constraints materially impact outcomes.

7. AI-Enabled Practices

  • Shape and sponsor AI-enabled platform and infrastructure strategy, including automation, predictive monitoring, and policy-as-code, aligned to security and governance.

8. People and Capability Uplift

  • Mentor senior ICs and strengthen capability uplift through communities of practice and standards forums.

9. Continuous Improvement

  • Identify recurring friction and enable durable fixes across the platform and infrastructure ecosystem.
