Driving employee engagement in social and environmental initiatives.
Understanding the intersect between business and marketing objectives.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, business, and community partners.
Executing on project plans and reporting on results.
The successful candidate’s primary responsibilities will include:
Campaigns and sponsorship coordination
Support the development and execution of large-scale campaigns and events including IG Walk for Alzheimer’s and the IGM Annual Giving Campaign.
Coordinate the Mackenzie Together programs and support the Mackenzie Investments Charitable Foundation initiatives.
Administer corporate charitable sponsorships and events, including branding, social media, and logistics and more.
Awareness and employee engagement
Coordinate employee engagement programs and online giving portal, Benevity.
Support driving awareness and activation around community and employee programs.
Develop campaign marketing and communication materials that drive engagement.
Program Support
Responsible for administration of the internal donation and volunteer matching program.
Coordinate internal community awards process and alumni award payments
Process invoices
Support the administration of the corporate grant programs.
Support quarterly, annual and ongoing reporting on key metrics to drive results and value.
The following qualifications will assist the successful candidate in carrying out these responsibilities:
2-3 years of corporate social responsibility / community engagement experience
Passionate and knowledgeable about social impact
Experience planning and implementing campaigns including in-person and virtual events.
Experience implementing employee engagement and community investment programs
Strong relationship management and communications skills
Proficiency working with corporate giving/employee engagement software
Creative problem solver with ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Proven team player who is a self-starter and proactive
Proven project management skills
Bilingual (English and French) is an asset
The expected annual base salary range for this role is $54,000 - $64,000 which is determined based on skills, knowledge and experience and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for annual short-term incentive, health and well-being benefits, retirement and savings plan, paid time off and career development.
