Reporting to the Director, Employee Communications, the Senior Manager, Employee Communications is responsible for leading the strategy, planning and execution of business unit communications that connect employees to IG Wealth Management’s strategy, priorities and culture. The Senior Manager will parter closely with the Director on the IG and IGM CEO communications plan and will lead the execution of elements of that plan.
This role acts as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, shaping high-impact communications programs and ensuring consistent, integrated messaging across executive communications, employee forums and corporate channels. The Senior Manager is accountable for elevating communication effectiveness through strong editorial leadership, data-driven insights, and continuous optimization of channels, programs and processes.
The Senior Manager is based in Winnipeg or Toronto in a hybrid workplace environment - with a minimum of 3 days in the office.

The expected annual base salary range for this role is $87,000 - $112,500, which is determined based on skills, knowledge and experience and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for annual short-term incentive, health and well-being benefits, retirement and savings plan, paid time off and career development.
As this position is posted in Montréal, Toronto and Winnipeg, we specify that bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only for the frequent interactions with English.
