Automation is applied pragmatically and responsibly, with a focus on sustainability, auditability, and proven business continuity—not automation for its own sake.

  • Investigate and resolve fund oversight issues and incidents, including root-cause analysis and impact assessment
  • Oversee administrator performance, including reconciliation quality, timeliness, and issue remediation
  • Support audit requests and maintain clear, defensible oversight documentation
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, oversight standards, and regulatory expectations

Process Improvement & Automation

  • Identify meaningful opportunities to strengthen fund oversight through targeted process improvements or automation
  • Design and implement controlled, well-documented tools that enhance accuracy, consistency, and scalability
  • Ensure all automation is BCP-ready, auditable, and supported by clear fallback procedures
  • Partner with stakeholders to align improvements with governance and risk expectations

Reporting & Insights

  • Develop and maintain oversight dashboards and reporting for management and risk forums
  • Analyze trends across incidents, reconciliations, and operational risk indicators
  • Provide concise, actionable insights to support continuous improvement

Qualifications

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in fund oversight, fund accounting, or asset management operations
  • Strong understanding of fund structures, NAV processes, and reconciliation workflows
  • Proven analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel capabilities (Power Query, data analysis)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to exercise professional judgment

Preferred

  • Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar tools
  • Experience implementing controlled automation or reporting solutions
  • Exposure to audits, SOC reports, and financial control environments

Key Attributes

  • Oversight-first mindset with strong risk and control awareness
  • Pragmatic, disciplined approach to automation and change
  • High ownership, accountability, and attention to quality
  • Comfortable operating in a regulated, fast-paced environment

The expected annual base salary range for this role is 72,500 - 91,000, which is determined based on skills, knowledge and experience and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for annual short-term incentive, health and well-being benefits, retirement and savings plan, paid time off and career development.
