The Role: We are seeking a motivated and strategic Manager of Marketing Technology to join our dynamic team. This role is central to our mission of creating sophisticated, data-driven, and personalized experiences for our customers. You will be the primary driver for our web personalization and AI initiatives, from strategy and intake to execution and analysis.
The ideal candidate is a proactive learner, passionate about leveraging technology to solve business problems, and possesses a strong foundation in digital marketing. While direct experience in personalization is a huge plus, we are looking for someone with aptitude and desire to grow into a subject matter expert. This position will also play a crucial role in shaping our future by exploring and implementing AI-powered automation to enhance our marketing efforts

The expected annual base salary range for this role is (82,000 - 105,000), which is determined based on skills, knowledge and experience and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for annual
