The Role: The Legal and Compliance Division at IGM Financial is looking for an Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team of professionals. In this position you will support the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of IGM and also the Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer of IGM by providing them with professional and high-quality administrative support in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
The successful candidate will thrive in a fast paced, multitasking environment with frequent competing priorities and time sensitive deadlines. They will act as a trusted partner and gatekeeper, exercising sound judgment and discretion while helping leaders prioritize and deliver on key commitments.
This role will perform advanced, diversified and highly confidential duties that may be administrative in nature or project based. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required as this role will frequently require coordinating with other Executive Assistants and professionals to coordinate meetings and frequent travel.

The expected annual base salary range for this role is (72,000 - 99,500), which is determined based on skills, knowledge and experience and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for annual short-term incentive, health and well-being benefits, retirement and savings plan, paid time off and career development.
