Position overview:
The Manager, Learning Design will assist in leading the design, development, and implementation of strategic learning and development programs that support employees within IGM Operations.
A key member of the Learning & Development (L&D) team within Enterprise Operations Enablement, this role combines expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles with strong project management capabilities to deliver innovative, high-quality learning experiences that enhance employee performance.
Reporting to the Director, Communications and Learning & Development, the Manager, Learning Design will oversee end-to-end execution of medium to large-scale L&D initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, consistency in learning standards, and timely delivery. Through collaboration with business partners and a focus on continuous improvement, this role plays a critical part in shaping the learning strategy and advancing organizational goals.

As this position is posted in Montréal, Toronto and Winnipeg, we specify that bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only for the frequent interactions with English.
The expected annual base salary range (prorated for the term) for this role is $69,500 - $100,500 , which is determined based on geographic location and candidate’s skills, knowledge and experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for paid time off (prorated for the term).
