    The Sales Experience & Analytics Team within the Retail Distribution Division of Mackenzie Investments is currently accepting applications for the position of Senior Analyst. Reporting to the Manager, CRM and Sales Technologies, the Senior Analyst will be responsible for supporting projects and change management activities related to tools and technologies used by Sales Distribution Teams.  The successful candidate will function as a liaison between the sales team and our delivery partners in IS to build on our CRM capabilities on Salesforce.com and to digitize and improve sales activities where possible.  They will work closely with internal partners in IS, Compliance, Training and Development and Marketing to improve the user experience, sales effectiveness and efficiency of the team.

     

    As a valued member of the Sales Experience & Analytics Team, this individual will:

    • Actively participate and contribute in projects as a subject matter expert, representing Sales Distribution (Institutional, Key Accounts and Retail).
    • Gather requirements from the various user groups; perform and document analysis and business process flows which will be used in decision-making for implementation.
    • Capture any enhancements to Salesforce as well as business process impacts resulting from the project or initiative.
    • Assist with testing and implementation activities.
    • Monitor and measure post implementation results based on key success factors.
    • Actively participate in Salesforce.com Roadmap initiatives.
    • Lead change management activities for continuous improvements and projects which include documenting business process changes and impacts, communications.
    • Collaborate with Training and Development team to provide updates on Salesforce changes in order to maintain job aids, presentations, and training documents to support training plans.
    • Actively participate in monthly end-user work groups to gather insights on business process and technology changes and enhancements. These working groups are to create a centre of excellence and power users (Sales Technology Champions).
    • Manage Business Continuity Plans and initiatives.  

    The following qualifications are required of the successful candidate:

    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • 4+ years’ experience in Financial Services, preferably in Asset Management
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Experience with Salesforce.com and Concur is an asset
    • Advanced Excel skills
    • Ability to work independently as well as within a team
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
    • Highly motivated individual with willingness to take initiative
    • Experience with agile delivery an asset
