    Human Resources is currently seeking a Digital Communications Coordinator to join our Employee Communications team.


    The Digital Communications Coordinator will work closely with team members and internal stakeholders to deliver effective and engaging internal communications to employees and prospective employees on digital channels.


    In this role, you will support our daily internal communication requirements and contribute to enhancing our digital communications experience for employees.



    • Format and publish English and French content on Sharepoint intranet sites and other digital platforms
    • Collaborate with content owners to update and maintain relevant and accurate web content
    • Coordinate, build and distribute regular internal communications such as weekly and monthly e-bulletins
    • Monitor and engage with employees on internal community platforms
    • Update and post talent acquisition content on employee recruitment websites
    • Provide support and guidance to employees on best use of internal digital tools
    • Manage content calendar and delivery timelines

    Qualifications, experience and attributes:

    • Good working knowledge of MS SharePoint and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
    • Proficient in MS Office 365, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe applications
    • Strong online writing and proof-reading skills
    • A minimum of 3 years’ work experience in a digital communications role
    • Completion of postsecondary education with emphasis in digital/web publishing or communications
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Well-organized to manage a variety of tasks and deadlines
    • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Professional and positive interactions with colleagues
    • Quick learner, innovative thinker and adaptable to change
    • Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
