    We are currently hiring students graduating from a 4-year honors degree in June 2019 to join our organization as part of several two-year rotational programs. These programs are designed to provide recent graduates with valuable work experience, leadership skills and growth opportunities. There are three program streams:


    Mackenzie Investments Portfolio Management Program

    • Focuses on the Investment Management department
    • Provides exposure to investment analysis and portfolio management strategies
    • 6-month rotations through the following teams within Investment Management: Fixed Income; Cundill;  All Cap Value; Ivy

    Mackenzie Investments Business Management Program

    • Includes a variety of departments
    • Provides exposure to the strategy and operations of the entire business
    • 6-month rotations through the following divisions: Distribution (Sales); Product; Client Services Operations; Marketing

    IGM Financial Operations Management Program

    • Includes a variety of departments
    • 6-month rotation through the following teams: Business Transformation; Business Architecture; Project Management; Data Analysis

    The responsibilities will vary depending on the department needs; however, will include the following:

    • Contributing to various project initiatives that support our business strategies
    • Researching, analyzing, preparing reports and presenting findings to senior management
    • Networking and seeking feedback
    • Analyzing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement
    • Developing skills in portfolio analysis and management

    The following requirements will assist the successful candidates:

    • Graduating in April 2019 in a related field (BCom, BA, BSc, etc.)
    • Passionate about a career in the Financial Industry
    • Demonstrated initiative and leadership skills
    • Well developed presentation skills
    • Creativity and innovation
    • Ability to work well in a team environment
    • Excellent interpersonal, judgment & decision-making skills
    • Ability to self-motivate and prioritize time-sensitive deadlines
