    We are looking for a Senior System Analyst to oversee a portfolio of vendor based applications with respect to delivery of projects, sustainment activities and day to day support within the Transfer Agency Platforms. 

    Reporting to the Application Delivery Leader, the successful candidate will lead a team of multiple practitioners (developers, analysts, QAs) and will have a mandate to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our Business Partners.

     

    The successful candidate will be:

    • Who takes ownership for their vendor based applications; understands and meets their client’s needs; fosters an environment in which their teams can do their very best work
    • One who builds trusting relationships within their team and across IGM
    • Is experienced in delivering vendor based technology solutions including projects, sustainment activities and day to day application services
    • Is a great communicator with technical and non-technical audience
    • Who has knowledge and experience on Transfer Agency systems or is committed to acquiring this knowledge quickly
    • Has a Degree in Computer Science / Information Systems / Software Engineering or equivalent work experience

     

    The successful candidate will demonstrate the following core competencies:

     

    Product/Delivery:

    • Single Point of contact for intake / planning / initiation for vendor based applications
    • Coordinating gathering needs, requirements, vendor engagement
    • Assessment and Coordination of projects - in particular, internal impact to upstream and downstream (integration, transfer agency systems, trust accounting systems, etc).
    • Oversee Testing / Change

    Sustainment/App Services:

    • Acting as a Single point of contact within IT for LOB and Vendors, including patching, issue management, escalation,
    • Triage
    • Support onboarding
