    The Role:

    The Mackenzie Transformation and Risk Management Department is currently accepting applications for the position of Data Integrity Administrator for a 12 month term. Reporting to the Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Improving the integrity of client data through continuous verification of client account information.
    • Identifying areas of improvement to increase the accuracy and efficiency of processing within Operations Services.
    • Research of transaction and account information and processing on SAS.
    • Resolution of exceptions as identified through daily review of various reports.
    • Completing reports and projects as assigned within established deadlines.
    • Assisting Service Teams with daily workflow as required.

     

    The following qualifications will assist the successful candidate in accomplishing these functions:

    • Three years financial industry experience in an operations environment
    • Advanced knowledge of Mackenzie products, procedures and systems
    • Excellent knowledge of registered products
    • Strong client service orientation
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Must be detail oriented and have strong decisive, analytical, and problem solving skills
    • Ability to multi-task, and effective organizational skills
    • Ability to collaborate with others and be part of a team
    • Proficient in Word, Excel
    • Successful completion of the CSC and/or Operations course (IFIC) is an asset
