We are currently looking for a Senior Process Design Specialist to join our Business Architecture and Design department as part of either Mackenzie Investments (Toronto) or Investors Group (Winnipeg).
The Business Architecture and Design team is responsible for driving the introduction and operationalization of process, service and platform change across Corporate Operations, adopting an end-to-end enterprise wide perspective to ensure streamlined, integrated solutions are implemented that focus on the client and advisor experience.
The Senior Process Design Specialist will work closely with Business Architecture in the evaluation of various initiatives to determine how process design will contribute to the meeting of an initiative’s goals as well as alignment with a strategic roadmap, service blueprint or other documents providing high level guidance. The Specialist will be actively engaged at the high level, strategic phases and will be expected to provide leadership in determining which process design tools and methodologies are most appropriate for a given initiative. This role additionally calls for effective communication and negotiation skills which will be critical in gaining support from key stakeholders and other key actors.
